Senior C Training Camp Run #3
Every session will be structured as 50% practice/systems, and 50% scrimmaging. So, an hour full-contact game every run! These runs also double as our practices for the year. So we will go over all of our systems, special teams, transition, etc. during these runs, so attendance to as many as possible is beneficial to you as a player.

Here's the schedule for the camp. March 10 I will book a time at the East Soccer as soon as we're able to book (should be later this week or early next). Times are subject to change, if that happens I'll let you know as soon as I do.

Every session will be structured as 50% of the time will be practice/coaching systems, and the other 50% will be scrimmaging. So, an hour full-contact game every run!
We will do a dynamic warmup/stretch for five minutes, but if you're like me and need a while to warm the body up, please show up early and make sure you do that before the runs start.
These runs also double as our practices for the year. So we will go over all of our systems, special teams, transition, etc. during this stage. Once practice begins, there will be no other scheduled practices. If we need to and/or it gets closer to playoffs, we will go to an outdoor rink, bring beer, and go over whatever we need to go over.
